The ABtUS CAT5-GA1/T transmitters
provide a long-distance distribution of
VGA and stereo audio over shielded twisted
pair (STP) or unshielded twisted pair (UTP)
cable. With reliable transmission
distance 150M via Cat 5 / 5e / 6 / 7 UTP/STP
cable. The maximum distance is determined
by the output frequency and resolution.
The above recommended maximum transmission
distances using Belden Media Twist 1872A
350 MHz cable or equivalent terminated with
Category 6 or at least Category 5e, rated
connectors. Cables terminated on site should
be tested before use to ensure that they
comply with Category 5e specifications.
